本規約は、松本 新(以下「提供者」)が提供する MidiMovie(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めます。
本サービスは、ブラウザ上で動画に MIDI で音楽をつけるツールです。基本機能は無料で、一部の機能は有料の Pro ライセンスにより利用できます。
Pro は買い切りで、購入者本人が自分の端末で利用できます。ライセンスキーの第三者への配布・販売・公開はできません。不正利用が確認された場合、キーを無効にすることがあります。
購入後14日以内であれば理由を問わず返金します。返金後はライセンスキーを無効にします。
作成したプロジェクトや音声・動画はお客様のブラウザ内にのみ保存され、提供者のサーバーには送信されません。ブラウザのデータを消すと失われるため、書き出しやバックアップをお使いください。
法令・公序良俗に反する利用、他者の権利(著作権を含む)を侵害する利用、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。お客様が読み込む動画や音源の権利は、お客様の責任で確認してください。
本サービスは現状のまま提供され、特定の目的への適合性や中断のない動作を保証しません。提供者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、Pro の購入代金を上限として責任を負います。
提供者は、本サービスや本規約を変更・終了することがあります。Pro を購入済みの方には、終了する場合に合理的な方法で事前にお知らせします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms set out the conditions for using MidiMovie (the "Service"), provided by Arata Matsumoto (the "Provider").
The Service is a browser-based tool for scoring video with MIDI. Basic features are free; some features are available with a paid Pro license.
Pro is a one-time purchase that the purchaser may use on their own devices. You may not distribute, resell or publish license keys. The Provider may deactivate a key if misuse is found.
We refund in full within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. The license key is deactivated after a refund.
Projects, audio and video you create stay in your own browser and are not sent to the Provider's servers. Clearing browser data erases them, so please use export and backup.
Use that violates law or public order, infringes others' rights (including copyright), or interferes with the operation of the Service is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any video or audio you load.
The Service is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider's liability for damages arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.
The Provider may change or end the Service or these terms. If the Service ends, Pro purchasers will be notified in advance by reasonable means.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本条款规定由松本 新(以下简称"提供者")提供的 MidiMovie(以下简称"本服务")的使用条件。
本服务是在浏览器中使用 MIDI 为视频配乐的工具。基本功能免费,部分功能需购买付费的 Pro 授权。
Pro 为买断制,购买者本人可在自己的设备上使用。不得向第三方分发、转售或公开授权密钥。发现不当使用时,提供者可使密钥失效。
购买后14天内无需任何理由即可全额退款。退款后授权密钥将失效。
您创建的项目、音频和视频仅保存在您自己的浏览器中,不会发送到提供者的服务器。清除浏览器数据会导致其丢失,请使用导出和备份功能。
禁止违反法律或公序良俗的使用、侵犯他人权利(包括著作权)的使用,以及妨碍本服务运营的行为。您载入的视频和音频的权利,请自行确认并负责。
本服务按现状提供,不保证适用于特定目的或不间断运行。除故意或重大过失外,提供者对因使用本服务产生的损害的赔偿责任,以 Pro 的购买金额为限。
提供者可能变更或终止本服务及本条款。如终止服务,将以合理方式提前通知已购买 Pro 的用户。
本条款适用日本法律。
