MidiMovie(提供者: 松本 新)における情報の取り扱いです。
プロジェクト、MIDI、音声、動画、設定は、お客様のブラウザ(localStorage / IndexedDB)内にのみ保存します。提供者のサーバーには送りません。
Pro の購入では、決済事業者 Stripe, Inc. がお名前、メールアドレス、決済情報を取得・処理します。カード番号などは提供者には渡されません。提供者は、ライセンスキーの発行と、購入の確認・返金対応のために、購入完了情報(メールアドレス、名前、購入ID)を Stripe 経由で確認することがあります。
キーの発行には、Cloudflare Workers 上の小さなプログラムを使います。購入IDの確認のみを行い、購入者の名前やメールアドレスは独自のデータベースに保存しません。ただし、1つのキーを利用できる端末数を制限するため、キーの識別子と、端末ごとにランダムに作られた識別子(個人を特定しません)を記録します。
現時点で、アクセス解析や広告のためのトラッキングは行っていません。導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新します。
法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません(決済処理は上記のとおり Stripe に委託します)。

How information is handled in MidiMovie (provider: Arata Matsumoto).
Projects, MIDI, audio, video and settings are stored only in your own browser (localStorage / IndexedDB). They are not sent to the Provider's servers.
When you buy Pro, the payment processor Stripe, Inc. collects and processes your name, email address and payment details. Card numbers are never passed to the Provider. To issue the license key and handle purchase confirmation and refunds, the Provider may check completed-purchase information (email, name, purchase ID) through Stripe.
Keys are issued by a small program running on Cloudflare Workers. It only verifies the purchase ID and does not store buyer names or email addresses in any database of its own. To limit how many devices one key can be used on, it records the key's identifier and a random per-device identifier (which does not identify you personally).
We currently do not use tracking for analytics or advertising. If we introduce any, this policy will be updated.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law (payment processing is entrusted to Stripe as described above).

除法律要求外,不向第三方提供个人信息(支付处理如上所述委托给 Stripe)。
